Last updated: July, 2019
This is the privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") that governs how we, Intendu Ltd. ("Intendu", "we", "our" or "us"), use Personal Information (defined below) that we collect, receive and store about individuals in connection with the use of the website https://intendu.com/, and any other website that we operate (each, together with its sub-domains, content and services, a "Site").
We do not ourselves host any of the services – all hosting is done by third party service providers that we engage. This means that data you provide us or that we collect from you (including any Personal Information, as defined below) – as further described in this Privacy Policy – is hosted with such third party service providers on servers that they own or control. Regardless of where such third party service providers are located (and some may be located in the US), their servers may be located anywhere in the world (including the US). Your data may even be replicated across multiple servers located in multiple countries. So please be aware that you are consenting to your data being transferred to various third party service providers around the world (including the US).
1. Purpose of the Privacy Policy

3. Consent and Modification
You are not legally obligated to provide us with any Personal Information. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time; changes become effective 10 days after they are posted, and your continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Like most websites, we collect information such as IP address, browser type, internet service provider, date and time stamp, referring and exit pages, and pages clicked. This is used for trend analysis, site administration, tracking user movement, and gathering broad demographic information.
Cookies and other tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar anonymous identifiers to customize your experience of the Site. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.
Google Analytics

If you make a purchase, we collect credit card, billing and invoice information needed to complete the transaction. We may use third-party payment processors, whose own terms will also apply.
5. The Way We Use Personal Information

- We may email you about Site updates or news, or to respond to a Contact Us request or administrative matter (such as a password change).
- We may transfer Personal Information to our subsidiaries or affiliates, possibly located in other countries, under equivalent privacy obligations.
- We may share Personal Information with third-party service providers or partners that support our business operations; they are required to maintain their own privacy policy.
